Unfortunately the masseuse was ill so we rearranged for another date, and then she was still ill for that date. Each time was cancelled on the day by a text from the salon. I realise it's not their fault and hope the masseuse gets well soon. In the end they gave me a refund. Shame they had no-one to cover as I have lost my Treatwell discount now.
The waxing was really quick and the beautician didn't really pay attention to detail. She is nice but I find it extremely expensive for the quality of the waxing.
