I've been going to Amy for my nails for three-and-half years and wouldn't see anyone else! There was an issue with a bad batch of top coat (leaving bubbles and smears on my nails), and she managed to rectify this before I left the salon. The next day, I noticed another defect in the top coat on one nail and she immediately invited me back to the salon to fix it (as well as informing the manufacturer of the issue).
