Gabriella is gold. I’ve been to many waxing studios across London and abroad, and she is by far the most efficient and offers the least painful treatment I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended. As for the other treatments, I do not have an opinion as I’ve never tried any but the staff is always friendly and wearing masks. I do feel safe and welcome whenever I’m there.

Always a treat to visit Amanda and her team! Sakura who was starting her first day was a very polite, sweet and gentle therapist. Very attentive to my treatment preferences and comfort. Amanda remained attentive to her technique throughout and it was wonderful to see how she guided her new team member with attention to detail and support. Just shows in the entire team and salon - great atmosphere and experience.
