I booked an infill appointment. I was charged almost full price and was not informed of the reason until I asked. Also, the last appointment, I was charged a different price for the infill. Only when I asked about the almost full price was I informed the reason for the pricing the two recent bookings. It would have been appreciated if the price increase and almost full price charge was told before the service. There was just a absence of communication/information. Thank you.
