A wonderful experience always!!!Amanda creates a warm welcoming atmosphere & staff are absolutely lovely and over the top professional. During mani today, a female customer woman was combative & awful to the staff after she showed up 20 mins late. She raised her voice, was extremely disrespectful and just plain rude. She accused the staff of being rude, so bizarre and unnecessary behavior.The staff managed the crude and absurd behavior as best as possible when one is being verbally attacked.

Glorified cheap asian nail parlour posing as a luxury beauty salon,that has rude impolite staff. The woman who half did my nails was extremely rude. Screwed up face on greeting, huffing and puffing long face during procedure. Horribly done manicure. Mediocre pedicure with equally impolite girl,who had too much attitude. Didn’t even care to do the heels skin properly. Not clean, Too expensive for what it is, with a dose of shouting included with your visit. Horrible.
