Didn’t welcome me just said oh she’s mine. Said she didn’t have time to do a French polish. Cut my small toe nail so much I flinched as it was painful It’s been cut beyond the nail bed so is sore now. The setting uv was so hot at one point I had to remove my hand. She just told me to put it back in again!!!! Didn’t really care. She just seemed to want to get the whole thing over and done as quickly as possible. The other therapists were so polite and professional.

I’ve had a manicure with Sakura a few times now and they are always faultless but also efficient. Would certainly recommend.
