Booked an appointment for 1645 yesterday. Arrived at the venue to receive a phone call advising the practitioner wasn’t on the premises and could I wait 20 minutes. I couldn’t an asked for a refund instead. Have just noticed now that the practitioner has, AFTER WE SPOKE, rescheduled the appointment to 6pm! I presume to make me look like a no-show and avoid refunding me. Firstly I’m not an idiot and secondly, don’t accept appointments when you’re not even on the premises. Complaint raised

My eyelash lift was fabulous and Alina took great care in preparing them and finishing them, great result and I will be back. PS I only found the salon by luck and glad I did !
