Adriana is really lovely and very skilled at relaxing new clients especially. She understands that some people may be nervous or frightened about the experience of waxing, and she responds both reasonably and empathetically to that. She guides and prompts clients throughout the procedure so that you remain aware of the next steps she will take. She is dedicated to providing the best possible treatment you could ever receive—she does not give up on particularly thick & difficult hairs but instead remains committed to getting them out, leaving your skin smooth and unbruised. I would definitely recommend Adriana’s services and I will most certainly be returning!
