My visit to the beauty bunker was very pleasant!! I was greeted immediately by a lovely lady called Kelly who was very warm & welcoming, she talked me through the whole spray tan process and made me feel very comfortable during! My tan is 10/10

Appointment never happened. Was told I would get a refund which also never happened. Horrendously unprofessional

Arrived at salon and no one was there. Was called by owner who apologized about some emergency situation. Asked for a refund, still no refund. Horrendously unprofessional behaviour. I want my money back.
