I had a wonderful experience with Kelly, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease with her friendly demeanour. I was really pleased with how my highlights came out, Kelly listened to everything I wanted and the colours came out exactly the shades I was hoping for. Its the first time I have been to bloom and I will definitely be going back.
