I’ve been before and had a great experience, unfortunately this time I wasn’t happy with how it turned out.
The brow artist took too much hair off the front of my brows, which I had spent a long time trying to grow out, even though I asked them not to take off too much hair. They were nice but I wished they would have checked in with me intermittently throughout the session with the mirror to check to see if I was happy with what they were doing, rather than leaving it until the end.

I was looked after by Sasha who was brilliant really attentive, took the time to explain exactly what was happening and made me feel really relaxed. Have already rebooked to see her again!!
