The therapist was so so lovely, but she used quite big strips of hot wax and this made it more painful than previous locations. In addition, although she kept my mind busy with lots of her stories I felt this meant she didn’t concentrate fully and indeed I was left with a lot more hair than I would expect, hence the three stars.

Wax was painful as she didn’t use the technique of putting a hand over the area just waxed to reduce pain. Someone also tried to come into the room twice which was unprofessional.
