I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience during my facial waxing appointment. The wax applied was far too hot, which caused severe discomfort when it was peeled off. It ended up burning my skin, leaving visible redness and irritation on my face. Now my face is full of scars. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper care and attention to basic safety standards. I would not recommend this service to anyone and never visit again.
