Lovely friendly staff and never have issues, but this time cuticles were pushed too hard so a couple of nail beds were left feeling very sore. Otherwise good.

I can’t fault the venue, it was beautiful! A hidden gem just out of the town centre! However my Hollywood wax was like something i’ve never experienced! I’ve had several in the past elsewhere and none as bad as this, it was rushed and wax was applied everywhere at once, very painful, no attention to detail, lots of hairs left. Also note a hollywood wax is everything off, i shouldn’t be asked if i wanted the back doing (i was mortified and said it’s fine and left) so i left without a full hollywood and i was also allowed to leave covered in wax which was horrific to drive home in. I don’t generally like to leave negative reviews but elsewhere i’ve had hollywood’s that have been done with such precise detail that i’ve felt hardly any pain, all hairs gone, and not one speck of wax left! I personally think maybe retraining is needed in that department.
