Gel Nails Manicure
I paid £25 for a 1hr 15mins luxury manicure, but only received a 40 minute basic gel manicure. I was aware that because my nails had broken that week that I wouldn't be able to get the french I had booked, but I was unhappy to only have a basic treatment and not be offered any money off. I felt uncomfortable asking for this, but wish I had done so. The therapist was lovely and did a good job, but I do feel a bit cheated.

Ladies were so lovely!! Did an amazing job on my hair and nails!! Underarm wax one arm was done a bit tough and I've had a sore armpit since.
