I was a regular customer but recently I was severely burnt during my appointment from the hot wax which has left me in extreme discomfort and pain. The wax was way too hot and as you can imagine it was torture waiting for it to dry before she could pull it off. It’s been three days and it hasn’t gotten any better. I’m now bleeding and still in pain. Not the best experience to have on your birthday!
