Terrible place, would never go again. So unclean and the most bizarre exfoliating treatment I’ve ever had!

I’m really sad. I’ve been to this place before for a full leg and it was great. But today, I went for a Hollywood waxing and it was the worst experience. The whole thing lasted 7 minutes. I left full off blood and hair literally everywhere. I’ve never been in so much pain and I get this done a lot. I just had to book another appointment somewhere else and spend another £40. I understand now why they don’t have mirrors at this place, they just don’t want you to see what you’re leaving like.

The lash lift was good but she was very heavy handed with me so the experience wasn’t very relaxing
