Staff were amazing. Very polite. Offered a drink. i love my SNS nails. shop is really small though. very tight and i didnt feel relaxed. its a great stop for those office people who are rushing through London and need to get their nails done on the go. its a busy place!

The staff are really friendly and there were clearly a lot of regulars. But my manicure was really disappointing- the nail tech cut the tips too short so when she shaped them they ended up way shorter than I wanted even though I had shown her a picture. Also the gel polish started chipping that same day on the tips. A full set of acrylics with polish should last 3 weeks- im probably going to replace these after 5 days. Nice place and people but cant I wouldnt go back.

I’ve been to this salon a couple of times and have always been pleased with the result. It’s an in and out service, no luxuries or pampering but if you want a great manicure then I would recommend. Slightly more expensive than I would usually pay but it’s very convenient and they can always almost fit you in
