Professional and fast service. Big range of colours (OPI, Shellac and others). The technicians always give my nails a very nice shape, and my gel manicure / pedicure always stay on for at least 3 weeks (I could probably get away with leaving them on for 5 - 6 weeks if my nails didn't grow so quickly). The nails never chip.

Beautician just wanted to get the bare minimum done as soon as possible. When I told her I would like her to go over some areas which had not been effectively waxed, she had a bad attitude, and told me repeatedly that she had already waxed that area. Her technique was also terrible, making many vital mistakes such as waxing in the same direction of hair growth and using wax that was dry and not heated up yet (unspreadable). She even put oil on before I got a chance to check for missed sections.
