I usually don't have any problems here, but this time one of my nails had a bubble in it and another had a weird dent. One of the technicians offered to fix my nails, but I sadly was in a rush during lunch break and wasn't able to stay.

I’ve been to this salon many times, the staff are all very good and so friendly. Very high quality gel nails that don’t chip at all for at least 2 weeks - the best I’ve found in central London which is why I keep coming back!
