On arrival it was very busy even though I had pre booked so had my treatment downstairs where there was noone else which was great, I felt a bit like a VIP! The NT was friendly and efficient.

Lasting nails which is great but the lady who did them could not have been more rude or unwelcoming. Just made the whole experience quite unpleasant. Just hope I get someone else next time.
