We didn't have to wait when we arrived which was great. The team was careful when removing our existing manicures and meticulous when applying the new SNS coating.
However, they did not finish the top coat off in the UV lamp so a week later, our nails are not as fresh as we are used to. There are some cracks in the top coat polish.
It was also not very nice that they said we were demanding when asking whether they had wifi. I would never assume clients don't understand your language.
