The prices are okay considering central London prices. I didn’t like that they used the little electric file all over my nails, since that debilitates them. But the manicure was good, and I left happy with the result.

Treatment started 10 minutes late, which often seems to happen. After it had finished I got an email “rescheduling” my appointment for 10 minutes later! That said, I can’t fault the beautician hence happy to deal with the unprofessional start time.
