I made an appointment the room was crowded and I not a peaceful feeling to relax and enjoy a manicure pedicure. No where to put my coat /bag. No welcome greeting just do you have an appointment. Totally squished in and quite messy. The therapists were good but rushed to get the work done with so many people. As I was leaving I was charged and extra 5 pound for removing my polish (even though I got may toes painted here last time). Why was this not on my treat well booking? I wont be back.

The staff expect the guy which he did my nails in "15 minutes" ..was really rude. Not even ask how are you when you going inside. Just directly at the point :what do you need?.
Bad experience! And to expensive for the treatment that you receive!
