I couldn’t leave a review for the booking I am about to speak about as they fully refunded me saying I didn’t attend due to “covid concerns”… convenient… I had a Brazilian wax and realised only after she had finished my legs that I was bleeding.. she had caused a large split in the skin right in my intimate area and had not told me, continuing to wax my legs. I am appalled and incredibly upset, in all my time this has never happened. To quite literally cut my skin, and then not tell me, appalled
