A very very slow appointment from arriving to leaving. Booked the appointment for 4 and didn’t get taken until 4.20. Having showed her a picture of the nails I wanted she then showed me completely different colours to what was in the photo. She wasn’t really getting what I had showed her. I then had to change what I wanted or I don’t know what I would’ve got!
