I had booked an appointment for 9am, I got a message pushing it back to 9:10am. When I arrived I was told that the person doing the treatnent wouldn't arrive until 9:30 and I would need to wait. I asked if the appointment would be 9:30 and I was told that the person should arrive at 9:30 or after that! Needless to say I didn't wait. Not only was it a waste of my time getting there but also parking costs. Unhappy is an understatement.
