Walked in, and explained I had an appointment. Lash tech Seda asked me to have a seat in recliner chair with no explanation or what to expect. She was polite but not very chatty. Despite not much chat about length I wanted, she did an excellent job. Lashes look volumous and full but still a bit natural so they suit me. She’s very good. Happy with lashes but customer service could’ve been a bit more forthcoming.
