Venue very easy to find and chosen as close to my office. Friendly staff and clean treatment room. Very pleased with threading and fast service. Easy to pay via app beforehand so no need for payment either.

I got acrylic nail extensions that's are fairly sturdy and look even. However, the staff talked so little they were borderline rude (eg at the end of my treatment as my nails were drying a woman would just come up, grab my hand to check on my nails, drop it, and just leave without a word. This is just one example, I could name others). Apart from that, the hygiene was pretty questionable. I had to ask to wash my hands at the beginning and they were at no point disinfected. The tools were not disinfected before or after they were used and they towel my hands were on was not changed. Nail dust was just swept onto the floor..... On the plus side the prices are very fair and the quality of my nails pretty good.
