It was awful. They kept me waiting for 30 mins in a cold room they have downstairs after they had already started with my manicure (they stopped half way to take more customers!). I had to go upstairs and ask them when were they going to continue. They didn’t even cared and never apologised for keeping me waiting. Not coming back again.
