I arrived in the salon and was not acknowledged for 20 mins as everyone was socialising out back. The therapist didn’t leave the room as I changed which made me feel uncomfortable and slightly ill at ease. The wax itself was over quickly and the results are good but the overall experience left much to be desired and I will not be returning.
