I arrived in the salon and was not acknowledged for 20 mins as everyone was socialising out back. The therapist didn’t leave the room as I changed which made me feel uncomfortable and slightly ill at ease. The wax itself was over quickly and the results are good but the overall experience left much to be desired and I will not be returning.

Nails looked great but sadly the top coat came off on two nails already a couple of days later. I called in and they fixed it on the same day with no extra charge which was great. Nails look impeccable since.

The space is very tight and could be much cleaner, however, the regular manicure and pedicure were very well done and lasted a long time.
