Not the most thorough wax I've had

I really appreciated that I could get my lvl + tint treatment done without having a patch test. I was cancelled on last minutes by someone else and was flying the next day so was great they did it. I was taken into a back room for it which was fine. The treatment was strange because the lady doing it was lovely but I had my eyes shut for the full 45 minutes (obviously) and I found it strange that the beautician kept leaving without saying anything but she was lovely. Wasn’t told what the process was but was in a bit of a rush so was fine. I feel a bit frustrated as I have very blonde eyelashes and they aren’t as dark as I wanted them to be at all so you can’t really see the lift. I also didn’t like that I wasn’t given any aftercare information
