Had a couple of waxes here and both times the entire process has taken less than 10 minutes. From what I saw they are hygienic and the staff are friendly. Not a place to feel pampered (the whole place is a tight squeeze and feels very hectic) - just a solid, thorough wax with no frills attached. In and out within my lunch hour with 1/2 hour to spare. They have got me hooked on waxing!
