I booked Beauty Box due to the great reviews for waxes and good value treatments - prices are significantly cheaper than competitors in Soho/Mayfair area. The therapist was speaking on the phone for the beginning of the treatment, and kept checking their phone during. I found this rather unprofessional whilst I was sitting (bottom half) naked waiting! I found the wax itself okay but not great; but lots of strays both on the bikini area and on the legs. No tweezing to catch the strays and no cleaning down/moisturising/oil after the treatment to soothe skin and remove wax. I’ve had waxes for many years every month and this was definitely one of the more painful ones.

Staff were very lovely and helpful. Very efficient and minimised pain as much as possible. Impressed with the treatment. Room could have been slightly more relaxing and felt cleaner.
