The venue is situated conveniently in Soho just off Piccadilly Circus. However, the entrance to salon is tiny amd poky throughout and you have to squeeze in past the nail bar. The decor overall is basic but appears clean and tidy. The beauty therapists are knowledgable, efficient and great at threading. The reception staff lack customer service and the charge to use a card is for payment is offputting and onconvient to customers who don’t have cash.
