It's my 5th visit with the same lady and have to say it's a great experience every time. She is very professional and good at what she does. My hair is difficult to remove in places and she does the best job (and I have been to a few beauticians before her). She's always in a good mood, smiling, polite, talks to you, tells you about herself and tries to build a bond. She is trying to distract you when she's doing the more painful bits and it works for me. She's easy going and you can tell she has a lot of experience. She never seems to rush but the job is done quickly and efficiently. She tells me when there is stubborn hair and when it may skin irritation if she waxes the same area repeatedly. Really great quality service and a lovely lady.
