Despite the 'details' of the service outlining prepping, there wasn't any. My hands weren't sanitized either, and the dipping was from a communal pot; most websites say putting the powder in a separate pot for dipping is more hygenic.Also they were rough with the nail file and drill, and my nails were over-filed.
