It was a generally ok visit. I hadn’t booked for an appointment for 2 treatments - manicure and gel nails. I was passed on to two nail technicians for my manicure which was ok but then when time for the gel nails came I was left for a good 20 mins with no one assigned. They then hurriedly assigned clearly a new team member who didn’t seem to be as confident in what she was doing. She had to do the gels 3 times on one foot cause she kept on making mistakes.

I had nail tips with SNS over the top and the quality is not quite what I would expect - nails are pointing slightly upwards and feel like they could snap off quite easily! I think if you just go for shellac there it seems like a great salon!
