Quick and efficient service, both my eyebrows and nails look great! Only downside is that I was left downstairs with my nails drying for over 25 minutes and when I came finally upstairs (of my own accord) the man who had been doing my nails and who had told me to wait downstairs had started with another client - I think he forgot about me!

Came in for a wax today and unfortunately noticed the lady was double dipping the used stick into fresh wax which makes it very unhygienic as the wax isn’t made fresh for each person. Such a shame as she was so lovely and the wax was so thorough but I’m now anxious to return knowing that there are no regulations in place for this.
