Usually I can rely on a very efficient good quality pedicure here but the first therapist was very slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was short on time (but had more time available than the 55 minutes it says it takes) which I told them on 3 occasions. Eventually they switched therapists and he was super fast and did a good job. It's a shame as this is the first time I have experienced this problem here.
