Not the most luxe experience and I seem to get a different therapist every time but the tint colour was good (natural like I asked). The threading was more painful than usual but that could have just been me being a wimp and I liked the end result.

Best manicure I’ve had in London. While the technicians are all great, the studio itself is cramped, cold, and not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Despite this, the quality of the work is so good that I will keep coming back.

Great manicure but I paid extra for shellac and then had to pay £8 extra to remove gel. The shellac was removed in 30secs. The gel only took 10mins longer so not sure why I paid twice for both of the removals.
