I was disappointed as 3 nails after I had SNS done broke within 2 days and were poorly shaped. Although the rest of them were great.
I did also feel slightly disappointed when I went back into get them fixed with the lady that did them as she was very rude.
The receptionist is lovely though!

Would have like to have more support and advices from the lady who did my nails. After everything was done, she told me to put my nail in the machine so that they can dry and I didn't see her anymore after that (nobody to tell me when to stop, to put some serum on my cuticles, to say goodbye, so her colleague did it for her after asking her...).
