The room I was in was dirty unpleasant. The wax itself was not done in a safe and pleasant manner. The wax was applied in large portions down the entire leg and ripped out without any consideration of hair growth. I mentioned this to the lady waxing my legs and she exclaimed that she knew what she was doing and proceeded to give me a dirty look. The salon does not look like it does on pictures.
