I'm surprised this salon has a high rating... it was quite unfriendly & the nail tech tried (twice!) to use the electric buffing machine on me before my manicure which would have damaged my nails very badly. She said she wanted to use it as my nails are short - I've had gels done many times before with no problem. She was also quite rough on my cuticles and there was no hand sanitiser or hand washing going on. Also the receptionist was watching Youtube, loudly - not v relaxing in a small space.

I love beauty box and will always come back. My nail colour always last over two weeks and looks great. This time around there were only a couple of issues, my nails were cut a little too short and there is top coat residue on my fingers and a little bit of my previous colour right up by the cuticles.
Other than that my nails look great as always and this won't affect me coming to beauty box in the future.
