Despite booking SNS, I was first offered an alternative powder product. Only after I had asked was I then shown the SNS powder range. The therapist had to redo several of the nails as she failed to get them right first time.Thus, instead of 45 minutes, the appointments took 65 minutes. The skin around some of the the nails had been coloured red and to removed it (it looked terrible!) she started filing off my skin! Today, 8 days afterwards, one of the SNS gels fell off! Very disappointed.

Nice experience overall. The staff were very friendly. Would have liked to get a massage chair with the pedicure but otherwise everything was clean and nice
