Terrible pedicure - gaps left, cuticles not cut properly, dips left in uneven application of the nail polish and topcoat not covering the nails fully. I could have done better myself at home. I am never going here again - this is the worst pedicure I have ever had.

I’ve been coming here for years and usually great (not very glamorous but does the job and lasts ages). This time treatment felt super rushed and finish on nails isn’t very good (bits around edge and very thin layer of polish). Maybe a one off bad one or maybe hired new staff that need a bit more training.

Treatment was okay and my eyebrows looks good. However salon is very dirty and staff that did my treatment didn’t wash her hands before starting or disinfect the chair. Also, she was not wearing a mask which i found terrible considering she has a guest facing role + (I am obliged to take my mask for upper lip threading) I’d have leave straight away if I didn’t have prepaid. Was a terrible experience
