-very small, crammed space
-running behind (had to wait over 15 min past appt time to get started)
-beauty therapist did not introduce herself or ask what I wanted from the treatment
-eyebrow threading was on the same bed that they do bikini waxes, and their cleaning bottle was empty (gross)
-I have never been so red/irritated after a threading session before

Therapist was lovely and tidied up my eyebrows really well, I’m usually worried that my eyebrows will be done too thin but she left them thick

Always welcoming and friendly. Wax is great and nail is fab. All staff are very attentive and nice. Vincent is my nail angel and always does his magic on my nails.
