-very small, crammed space
-running behind (had to wait over 15 min past appt time to get started)
-beauty therapist did not introduce herself or ask what I wanted from the treatment
-eyebrow threading was on the same bed that they do bikini waxes, and their cleaning bottle was empty (gross)
-I have never been so red/irritated after a threading session before
