Not great. Therapist didn't leave the room (which I think is always courteous) and expected me to just strip off, was not offered a towel, the waxing was supposed to be a high bikini but hardly any hair was removed. When asked her to do the belly button line was told it would cost extra. At the end, just had to get dressed again in front of the therapist. Sorry been many times before but it has never been a bad experience like this.

Linh is a really lovely therapist, and her waxing is pretty much about as good as waxing can get, result-wise and pain-wise! And the results of my lash and brow tinting are awesome, it would just be a bit better if the tint was washed off more thoroughly after treatment - my eyebrows got a little too dark because a bit of tint was left on. And next time I'm going to ask Linh to wash my lash tint off, instead of wiping it, as I think it would give a better finish. Overall I'm very happy though!

Overall experience was just okay. I’m giving 3 stars only because the therapist was a little rough during my manicure and made my cuticles bleed. Plus it would’ve been nice if she engaged in a little small talk but she seemed very disinterested. When my cuticles bled she said oops and just continued on, even though I was in pain. The gel manicure looks nice but the overall experience was not great.
